Finders Keepers is the second edition of the Bill Hodge trilogy by Stephen King. In the first book we see the cat and mouse chase between retired police detective Bill Hodge and the brutal psychopath Mercedes killer Brady Hartsfield. After that event four years has been passed and Bill hodges now running a agency called Finders Keepers. And one day he got a very interesting case which is actually started long before at 1978.

After Mr Mercedes the stakes ware high. Because I liked the first one very much but the second installment is not like the previous. You can't see the tens moment and the cat and mouse chase like before. But still I like Finders Keepers a lot. And reason behind it is the antagonist Morris Bellamy. We all know how Stephen King is good about character developing. On Mr Mercedes we have seen a creepy psychopath Brady Hartsfield whom you can only scare or hate, on other hand Morris obsession about his favorite frictional character Jimmy Gold steer him to the path of self destruction. I felt much for depth in his character then Brady. We can see another character Pete Saubers who is as much obsessed as Morris but for him his family comes first more than anything. Maybe in this book the pace is not much fast but journey of these two characters keep us hooked to this novel. Maybe it is sequel of Bill Hoges but he played more like a cameo here and that doesn't disappoint me much. And Holly is as good as previous with her short appearance. Finally if you are a book lover, if you have some special attachment with any author or fictional character than I think you must give it a try and you'll be not disappoint
